Fire Prevention And Safety In Buildings|ijirt.org volume 5 issue 11, page 13

Constant attention is required to minimize adverse impact due to fire. Fire safety system is the essential part of any building although it’s not been taken into consideration by the building developers and planners, thus it is necessary to take initiatives for development of fire safety system. Electrical fault is one of the main causes of fire in all types of buildings i.e. residential, industrial, commercial buildings and its potential hazard is increasing as more electrical appliances are used nowadays. Wiring has a higher possibility to be ignited. There were even cases reported due to short-circuit in electric box set caught fire. The present fire safety system of Surat city is good but have some lacking as it is not developed as per the municipal corporation norms, so more cases of fire bursting out has been arose due to improper fire safety system and also due to less maintenance. Thus at the time of fire the building structure gets heavily damaged and there are chances of losses of life and property. In this project the residential & commercial buildings suffered by the fire problems would be surveyed and lacking in the safety system will be shown and its upgradation will also be given so as to provide a better and safer fire safety system. Thus properly designed, installed, and maintained, these upgraded systems can overcome deficiencies in risk management, building construction, and emergency response. These may also provide enhanced flexibility of building design and increase the overall level of fire safety.

Malicious internet sites for the most part to implement expansion of net bad activities and restriction the event of the internet activities. Due to which, it has been robust changes to develop general resolution to pause the user from reaching various internet sites. We have a tendency to create a studying based mostly approach to classifying internet sites into three classes: Benign, Spam and Malicious. Our steps solely analyzes the Uniform Resource locater (URL) itself while not accessing the content of internet sites.

Phishing in general is an internet criminal, it happens when user tries to enter a legitimate webpage. Thus on acquire important data from the user. Phishing attack brings the heavy risk in user by loosing their sensitive data information. The paper concentrates on numerous options that differentiate between original and phishing URLs. The principles creates square measure understood to emphasis the options that square measure additional rife in phishing URLs. After analyzing the data access on phishing address associated , the options like transport layer security, inaccessibility to the top level domain within the address and key inside the trail portion of the address here it is found to be smart indicators for phishing address. The Phishing is generally done by exploitation the sure sources, Like that the Social Platforms square measure twitter, Gmail, Facebook through by the social media solely it’s about to be misusing.

DEAF AND BLIND PEOPLE: DOORBELL ALERT SYSTEM AND HEALTH MONITORING | ijirt.org volume 5 issue 11, page 12

The people who are Deaf and blind people face everyday challenges in identifying the occurrence of household sounds like door bell. Designing and implementing a low cost stand-alone device for deaf people for notifying the doorbell ringing who live alone in their house. Face image will be capture face will be recognize if the person is known is or unknown, and alert using vibration pattern. Health monitoring system is provided which will track the heartbeats, temperature and location of a person. Proposes a low cost, reliable and efficient system to alert the deaf or hearing im-paired person consisting of two modules- a transmitter installed at the door and another is the receiver, a wearable device. In this project camera which is situated at the door will be continuously on.before that there will be the database of raspberry Pi in which images of some known persons or family members are stored. when anyone arrives at the door camera will detect the face of that person, compare it with the images stored in the database and detect if the person is known or unknown,as the face detected signal transmitted from transmitter to receiver and vibrator will vibrate according to defined pattern(5 sec for known person,3 times per second for unknown person). This system provides various vibration pattern which will help blind people to recognize known or unknown person. Also system track the location of person by using GSM/ESP8266.The System contain Health monitoring, it will check heartbeats and temperature of person using thinkview.

Internet of Things (IoT) is another innovative worldview that can associate things from different fields through the Internet. For the IoT associated social insurance applications, the Wireless remote network area(WBAN) is picking up popularity as wearable products is introduced and spread across the market. This paper proposes a wearable sensor nodule with sun powered accumulation and Bluetooth low vitality (BLE) transmission that facilitates the operation of controlled WBAN. Various sensor modules can be sent on numerous places of the body to evaluate the patient’s body temperature circulations, heartbeat and identify falls. An electronic Smartphone application is additionally advanced for demonstrating the sensor statistics and fall alert.

TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM | ijirt.org volume 5 issue 11

As the problem of urban traffic congestion spreads, there is a pressing need for the introduction of advanced tech- nology and equipment to improve the state-of-the-art of traffic control. Traffic problems nowadays are increasing because of the growing number of vehicles and the limited resources provided by current infrastructures. The simplest way for controlling a traffic light uses timer for each phase. Another way is to use electronic sensors in order to detect vehicles, and produce signal that cycles. We propose a system for controlling the traffic light by computer vision. The system will detect vehicles through images instead of using electronic sensors embedded in the pavement. A camera will be installed alongside the traffic light. It will capture image sequences. The image sequence will then be analyzed using digital image processing for vehicle detection, and according to traffic conditions on the road traffic light can be controlled. Traffic violations like red light violation and vehicles moving in wrong direction are detected and violating vehicles are tracked and its details are passed on to authorities.

Road Safety Audit | ijirt.org volume 5 issue 11, page 9

Road Safety Audit (RSA) is meant for accident prevention rather than accident reduction. It is a safety performance examination of an existing road or a future road by an independent audit team. The audit can be conducted at any stage of a project, starting with the project planning stage to the final design stage. It can even be conducted on roads that have already been completed and started operating. Road Safety Audit is dependent on the kind of activities and characteristics of a geographical area and can be classified into two types depending on its Applicability; namely application to Highway, Rural areas in safe people’s movement is most important. RSA Toolkit attempts to integrate all the issues concerned with transportation in order to promote safety. The prime user for whom the tool kit is being prepared is city officials who are required to supervise and monitor consultant’s work.

Modern railway crossing detector using Multivibrator | ijirt.org volume 5 issue 11, page 10

In the rapidly flourishing country like ours, accident in the unmanned level crossing are increasing day by day. No fruitful steps have been taken so far in these areas. Our project report deals with automatic railway gate operation, implemented in unmanned level crossings at remote areas detection of train approaching the gate can be sensed by means of the reed switch placed on either side of the gate. Train arrival and departure sensing can be achieved by means of magnet properties .When the wheels of the train over, the reed switch which are placed near the track sense and this acts as a signal to the circuit indicating train arrival. Yellow signal appears for the road user, once the train cuts the reed switch placed before the 2 km before the gate. Once yellow light appears after approximately 3 seconds, it automatically blinks the red light that indicates train is crossing. When the train has passed level crossing it operates the cancel reed switch which switch off the light until the next train arrives. This can be implemented in manned level crossing also, as manned errors can be eliminated by automation.
