How to do Social Media Ads for your business? : Tips and tricks | ijirt.org

Social media are computer-mediated technologies that facilitate the creation and sharing of information, ideas, career interests and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks. The variety of stand-alone and built-in social media services currently available introduces challenges of definition; however, there are some common features Social media are interactive Web 2.0 Internet-based applications User-generated content, such as text posts or comments, digital photos or videos, and data generated through all online interactions, is the lifeblood of social media. Users create service-specific profiles for the website or app that are designed, and maintained by the social media organization Social media facilitate the development of online social networks by connecting a user’s profile with those of other individuals or groups.

This paper talks about the exploration that has been done in the field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) identifying with human brain science. A brief outline of HCI is displayed. Particular samples of examination in the ranges of symbols and menus are then looked into. The consequences of these tests and the forecasts they make about general human brain science and particular human connection with computer is examined. Mental models of client interface cooperation are talked about and contrasted with mental models of certifiable article. At long last, future headings for exploration are proposed.

Data Science and Statistical Research with SAS | ijirt.org

Data Science and Statistical Research with SAS | ijirt.org

Data Science and Statistics are two components which go hand in hand. There is no point in having lot of data without having statistical analysis done on it. SAS is one such tool which is widely used for doing statistical analysis since it has many inbuilt procedures which help in calculating many parametric models and fit the curve. In this paper we discuss more about the SAS/STAT and SAS/QA products of the SAS software. We discuss procedures that can fit parametric models to failure time data that can be uncensored, right censored, left censored, or interval censored. The models for the response variable consist of a linear effect composed of the covariates and a random disturbance term. The distribution of the random disturbance can be taken from a class of distributions that includes the extreme value, normal, logistic, and, by using a log transformation, the exponential, Weibull, lognormal, loglogistic, and three-parameter gamma distribution.Full Article

Mergers and acquisitions are transactions in which the ownership of companies, other business organizations, or their operating units are transferred or consolidated with other entities. The purpose of this research is to test the efficiency of the market with respect to declare or announcement of merger and acquisitions using an event study methodology. Specially this study analysed the effects of merger and their announcements on the prices of stocks in company. the study the company involvement in merger and acquisition years to 2014-2018 in order to investigate the returns of shareholders of the target and acquirers. Evidence here supports that significant increasing of return were evidences of excess returns after the merger announcement was also observed along with the leakage of information that resulted in the rise of stock price few days before the announcement of merger or acquisition.

AIR FLOATING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

AIR FLOATING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

Many problems are faced in industries such as decrease in efficiency of machine, transportation of product or machine and also replacement and assembling of heavy machine. Now-a-days industrial crane, pellet jack, conveyor belt is used for transportation or material handling. But it has very high cost and it is also hazardous to operator. For this purpose this type of system is created that is easy to transport, low cost, not more required force, nearly friction free. We are developed air floating transportation system. This system transports heavy machine (5000 kg to 6000 kg weight) and by giving little force (2N). In this pressurized air which is passed by compressor in air bearing. Air bearing is made out of neoprene rubber. And frame of air floater is made out mild steel and used tube structure. So that gravitational load and compressive load is easy to resist. In this system heavy load is floating with air floater so that material handling or transportation stays very easy. With the help of this technology, in future air compressed vehicle may be possible like hover bike and hover car.

Intelligent Drive Assistant Systems

Intelligent Drive Assistant Systems

Most of the academic research on driving support systems focuses on automating the actual driving rather than assisting the driver by enhancing its awareness of the car’s surroundings. None of such automated driving systems are currently available to the public. On the other hand, several types of practical driving-aid devices have been developed and made available on the market. Blind-spot detectors, lane change assistants, and back-up/parking sensors are a few examples. The current technology in driver support systems is diverse in terms of functionality, methodology and implementation. The common denominator of all those systems is obstacle detection by sensing: to this end they utilize various forms of sensors, such as laser light, ultrasonic, radar, infrared, and CCD cameras, which are very expensive techniques. Reckless driving is another major moving traffic violation. It is usually a more serious offense than careless driving, improper driving, or driving without due care and attention and is often punishable by fines, imprisonment, and/or driver’s license suspension or revocation. Reckless driving is often defined as a mental state in which the driver displays a wanton disregard for the rules of the road; the driver often misjudges common driving procedures, often causing accidents and other damages.

Human resource development in the organisational context

By Dr.Rajkumar Salgar and Anandan Priya

Human resource development in the organisational context is a process by which the employees of an organisation are helped in a continuous, planned way to acquire or sharpen capabilities required to perform various functions associated with their present or expected future roles, develop their general capabilities as individuals and discover and exploit their own inner potentials for their own and/or organisational development processes; and develop an organisational culture in which supervisor – subordinate relationships, team work and collaboration among sub units are strong and contribute to the professional well – being, motivation and pride of employees. KMF has played a pivotal role in strengthening the cooperative movement in the state since its inception. The growth of dairy cooperative societies in Karnataka has been spectacular; in 1975-76 there were only 103 societies. Today there are nearly 8000 societies with a membership of 15 lakhs. Milk procurement has increased from 10 thousand kilograms per day to 1,474 thousand kilograms per day. The sample consists of 450 respondents’ pulse-beat of the research study. Objectives of the study were to examine HRD practices being followed in selected milk processing organizations under study and to suggest remedial measures in order to enhance the quality of HRD practices in KMF, Karnataka. Employees believe that the top management gives importance to the human resource and all the employees are treated humanely in the organization. The climate is also favourable in terms of employee being handled with care. The importance of cattle in India’s rural economy has long been recognised and widely commented upon therefore, dairying is one of the important allied activities to provide more employment opportunities to the unemployed and under employed thereby increasing their income in rural India.

VOICE RECOGNITION (I-TALK)

This report considers an overview of speech recognition technology, software development, and its applications. In the first section the description of the process is given, then its applications in different sectors are mentioned and finally the future scope is given .Finally the further improvements and conclusion is mentioned. Speech recognition is also known as automatic speech recognition (ASR), speech to text (STT ) or voice mate .In simple words , Speech recognition converts user spoken language(mainly English , which is in analog form) into a digital language which the computer can understand( Digital/code form). Then it fulfills the user’s command and gives an acknowledgement or reply.
